PyPI has outdated version (1.4.9), latest is 1.5 #4

Looks like the Python Package Index never got updated with version 1.5 (the current version according to line 87 in wmi.py

After taking a look at the version from PyPI and the version here on GitHub, there appear to be some major differences, including updates for Python 3. Furthermore, after downloading the archive from PyPI and running the tests, they aren't able to run due to the Python version compatibility issues.

It would be helpful if the website http://timgolden.me.uk/python/wmi.html included a link here to https://github.com/tjguk/wmi as http://svn.timgolden.me.uk/ no longer includes wmi , or the url in setup.py updated to point directly to github
