now that gallery pages exist, in order to share photos taken from iphone i need to convert them. many are stored in .HEIC format which github does not accept to be uploaded.

Describe the solution you'd like script that can do the manual conversion of many images for me.

manually: open .HEIC in Preview, export to jpeg. very tedious to do over and over.

i was able to export a ton of these as jpeg from the mac photo library app or whatever it is, no script needed.

in the future, imagemagick is fine for this
