Add Omnidesk decoder #3

Fixes tjhorner/upsy-desky#15. Adds an omnidesk decoder.

Thanks for the contribution! I will update the supporting documentation with this new decoder then merge it.

If possible, could you provide model numbers that this decoder works for?

I have only tested it with the standing desk I own, which is an Omnidesk Pro 2020
