Get album art as a square image with fixed size #8

Since the image you set as a cover for google play music desktop player can have any width and height between 1-512 and does not have to be a square this would be useful for some rainmeter developers and might be better than letting rainmeter resize them.

Should likely follow spotify with set options like 64, 128, 256, and 512 while also allowing a custom size. Options for how to make it square should be something like Cropped, Black Bars, Streched, and mirrored?

Potential issue: Can't be static as then the skins would not be able to rely on the image always being the same size. Maybe it can happen and the same time as the defaultCover bug gets fixed?

Actually I am just gonna close this issue since rainmeter does a fine job handling this stuff and if they are doing image processing they can just handle it themselves. Instead I will just opt for updating the readme to note this oddity.
