Cover resolution is only 64x64 #19

Is there a way to up the resolution, 64x64 is a bit small. I'm using the extension for Spotify.

Resolution on some services sometimes will be low res, there is nothing I can do about it in some cases and I do my best to try to get it as highres as possible.
