UX is not clear which of the Calendly input fields are mandatory or not #259

Let's add "(Required)" beside the mandatory fields

@shawninder Only Name and email are required.

Just mark the fields as required, Calendly already enforces this.

This is done and will be included in the next release, I'll close the issue at that moment.
