There was issues with both Inter & Borda, I solved them

• Borda now work (I think there was a problem with the previous woff2 files)
• Added fallbacks to Borda & Inter
• inter => Inter
• Completed the css code for Inter & Borda
  • Removed the local() to avoid any conflicts (the fonts are not really heavy annyway)
  • Inter => Added variable font & italic properties
  • Borda => Added the font-weight(400) plus two other variants (500 & 600)
