When prefers-reduced-motion is set to reduce, there are a few things we can do:

Disable autoplay on video backgrounds or use background image or color instead if provided?
Disable scrolling marquee (replace with a logo cloud?
Disable all CSS transitions
Maybe more?

The ClientsLogos component has a grid mode which can be used when preferes-reduced-motion is set to reduce.
