TA feedback - Alok
The second storyboard by Scott isn't very map centric. It doesn't show much of the map. I would recommend you try to show a heatmap of location or something like that. Good luck! :)
1) I can see the first storyboard being very useful, though I'm not sure if it would be focused on the map. Wouldn't it be easier to display the results as a list rather than having a map that the user has to pan around in order to see? 2) There's a lot of potential for the second storyboard idea, but as of now, it doesn't seem to be focused on using a map
1) Lots of potential for this app! I can see the short path to class app being used for students getting to class, but it could also function as just getting anywhere on campus the fastest. Things to think about: Would there be an option for user's to edit the paths if they found a shorter path than suggested? What would make it different from using the google map app? Would it include indoor shortcuts that cut through buildings? Would it factor in traffic while walking in between classes? 2) The second storyboard could end up being very complex. There's cost in time and cost in money. Again, how would this be different from the functions of the google maps app?
1) The first storyboard app idea might not be focused on the app, depending on how it is implemented. Would having a list be better than having a map that displayed the different locations? I think it has potential if you can make it different from Yelp. 2) Second storyboard app idea is a good app idea, but I'm not sure if it would focus on using a map. I don't see geolocation playing a part in this app.
1) Would this app help set up multiple types of scavenger hunts? That would be very cool. 2) How would you track falcons? Would this be just general places to observe falcons and other animals?

Homunculus
I like the visual representation of users time management through the homunculus. I'm guessing the amount of time spent is how large it is on the homunculus?
Need to incorporate some sort of location. There is already similar ideas and apps that do this exact thing. I'm not sure if there it is on mobile devices, but it definitely is on desktop. Also what differs from a schedule? People often neglect looking at their schedules.
Scavenger Hunt - Tina Neat, but definitely needs more features. Also how is this going to be based off geo-location? Are the players finding the places off text hints or images?
Michael - UCSD quick routes After the person uses the app once, would they not stop using it? There is no longevity to the app once you find a path to take.
Ashley - Job Search There might already be a geo-location filter for jobs online. Would people really need to use this app? It's kind of a luxury to find a job in your hometown. This app is basically just visual representation.
Moving From its separate thread
I like the character and how it shows the physical toll that your activities can have on you
we think charts such as a pie chart would be a good addition so you can how your 24 are spent in % wise
Cool that it categorizes by location what youre doing but idk if that will be hard to categorize, a lot to do manually for the user?
I think it would be cool if it let you see daily weekly and yearly so effects can more clearly be seen.
I think that its a good idea, just try to incorporate the map more, also try to think about how the app will detect whether the user is studying or running or eating, etc
I think that its a good idea because I often have to open up a bunch of apps to check out the prices
With surge prices its important too
It might be helpful to check out uberestimates.com for inspiration into how to code this
Would be cool to do future check, where takes previous data for that time and date of the week, what might be the prices of each of the transportation
