Team A7 (ACME) Feedback:

I think the most important thing to work on is getting the database fully connected and finish with the map functionality. Displaying the items on the map as ? or colored markers should be the next priority. Maybe you could also implement the random rarity of items that we talked about. If you have time, definitely try to get the quest feature done! It looks amazing so far and I loved the login UI.

The most important thing to finish by next week is implementing the database! It seems like a lot of your features (items, stats, avatar) depend on having the database working, so that should be your highest priority. I also recommend customizing the item markers on the map to fit your theme. Maybe changing them to questions marks like you suggested or something like present boxes. It would be really fun if you had present boxes to represent items and clicking on on item animates the box opening to reveal what you get! Your other pages seem really well-developed and the login UI is very clean. Great job!

various UI fixes that could be done (or unfinished?): in registration, caps/lowercase is indiscernible, enter button is not handled to login. registration email is not handled. Login screen/registration look incredible. Quests can possibly be improved into a modal? UI is probably still in progress for the rest of the application, but if it eventually matches the theme of the login then it's good!

Christy

The UI is definitely coming together really nicely (the login page is really pretty) and changing your avatar's outfit works well! I think the main thing is connecting to the database and fixing any bugs that come up when you're testing your app. For me, I was using it on mobile but when I dragged the screen down, there appeared to be another navbar. So I would like to see changes like that to really polish up the app for the final version.

It looks really nice! I like the ferrets and the props a lot. I'd suggest adding a style to the google map to fit the look of the rest of your app. I'd also suggest finishing the styling of the avatar page.

Xu

It looks super nice! I really like the avatar, especially the naked one. It should be a emoji or something and I will definitely use it. The only thing is the green thing on the map. It is kind of confusing to me ... and there is too much information on the map, so I am not exactly sure where should I look for. Also maybe work on the UI. Cuz the other pages look exactly different from the styles that I see from map page and login page.

Alex

It looks really great! I would adjust the colors on the map to create some more contrast. it's a bit washed out atm.

Sophia

It looks really good! I love how you can choose different clothing. I think it would be interesting if there were little "shops" that you could walk to that had items you could purchase from points you collected while walking. These would have different items depending on location such as scuba goggles by the beach and maybe a party hat by PB. This way if people want a certain type of item they have to explore more and go to an area that might "sell" it. This could especially motivate people through the fact that your planning on making ti so people can show off their ferrets and make it into more of a competition of who can find rarer items.

I also think it would be interesting if the map was not visible until you explored that area. I think it would be more motivating to see. If you decide not to do that I suggest switching the color scheme because it looks like the ferret is eating the grass away, unless that is what you want. Also add a fun color scheme to your app :)
