first try at cleanup #1

Hi Timo, I hope you don't mind. I tried to do a little cleanup on your jpeginfo code. This should not change any functionality. I converted all functions in jpeginfo.c and md5.c to ANSI C declarations. -kurt

Sorry, I must have forgotten about this completely. If this is still relevant, can you submit new request against the current master branch.

I'll see where things are and do it in small steps. #20 is the first just removing extra tailing spaces before I do anything else
