Progressive JPEG becomes normal #1

I know you already state this in the man page but I would like to know if this issue has a chance of being solved or it is really complicated to do it.

I checked in a fix that should preserve any progressive jpegs. Can you test if this works as expected?

It seemed to work fine with libjpeg v8, not sure if it works with older versions though...
