Fixes #50

Read STDIN into buffer inbuf
Modified flags so that --stdout (enabled by using --stdin) also enforces quiet & lowers verbosity
Added checks to compensate for fclose and free calls
Added output logic in the case that input stream is smaller than optimized output stream
indenting and code formatting fixed on several lines

(I know it's frowned upon but the indentation made everything so hard to read)

Similar functionality has now been implemented (slightly differently) via commit: 05c3f85aa1330f88f20b86c9d535a72735ed33a1
