log-odds: continuity correction only when needed #3

The continuity correction in AOILogOddsRatio is performed all the time. It would be smarter to only perform the correction when it is needed. The script should:

warn that there is a bin with 0 looks in either the numerator or the denominator
Tell the user that the continuity correction is being performed
Keep track of which bins underwent the correction. (We already do this.)

Actually, no. The log-odds with the continuity correction of .5 in the numerator and denominator is the same as an empirical logit.
