resume support for wiping process #4

Does scrub support resume for wiping process?

As Hard Drive is getting larger and larger, it may take days/weeks to wipe a 
harddisk. In case, the OS/computer is unstable, the process may be interrupted, 
the user may need to scrub the harddisk from the beginning.

P.S. dd_rescue support resume, i use ctrl+c to break the process, next time 
dd_rescue will restart at the last position
