Downloading small files #22

Downloading small files <5.0kb will lead to the file not downloading and download time will show unrealistic times. i.e. 30+ days

I've tried with a 4 Kb RTF file and did not see anything strange. I probably has to do with latency and server quirks. Can you direct me to a particular file that causes this issue so I can run tests please?

I'm closing this because I think it should be fixed by now. Please create a new, more detailed issue if you find additional problems with downloads.
