Redesign Stack Navigator So Explore Button is Top Left and Add-Data/Camera is Tab-Bar-Bottom Center #15

Camera button should be front and center, explore button should be top left, will need to make major alterations to the tab navigator

This is a UI issue currently being worked in the front-end rebuild via the UI-V02 repository. This will be linked with saga-beta-v1 #19 since the UI rebuild will include native base. Will add this issue as dependency.

Due to performance concerns it is likely that the navigation systems will be replaced by react-native navigation (Wix) since there is no JS bridge and runs purely on native modules, this was dependent upon native base implementation (#19). This dependency has been removed and and both issues have been placed in the icebox
