Create Comment Functionality #35

Comment functionality should have photo.id relation and comments button should show comments made.

This was a late add and I started this feature approximately 08/15/2018. The relation has been successfully created and I can display the payload on the comments screen accessed once the comments button on the story card is pressed; however, once a Component is created it won't display simple data, but the payload is still being picked up. Creating an issue and will link as dependency.

Server side code is complete and and comment screen is rendering. Moving to review.
