User should be able to press like and see the number reflected.

This is a an add data dependency moving back to on deck.

Adding to active issue since counter and isFavorited boolean is not functioning properly. However saga-beta-V1#11 won't be a dependency since back-end may change the nature of grabbing the favorites data.

This should have never been blocking icon set issue and has been removed as dependency. Boolean values are currently working correctly. Closing issue.
