Moving to in progress , should not be that hard to refactor if we decide it's dev only, and doesn't appear to be onerous to implement. Will give a more realistic interaction with the UI

V-04 Rebuild re-implementing, moving to on-deck.

Moving back to in-progress. Optimistic UI is currently implemented and working when posting a comment. This is branch feature/create-comment-mutation. This issue should be closed out and optimistic UI implementation should be tracked via data model; however, at the moment I will leave as in progress until feature branch is complete.
