Naming conventions for gql queries, components and functions are a mixture of "Saga", "NewData" and "Tweets" clean up and implement a universal name. Possibly story(ies)?

Basic naming conventions have been cleaned up; the new dev-only back end is in Elixir and has the correct naming conventions. Moving to review.
