Add better UI for race track and car #1

I need help designing the race track and car.

All that's needed here is mostly html/css work to redesign the race track and the racecars. Even add a finish line if you want.

Hi! This will be my first time ever working on an issue but I would like to try to help!

I can work on making a better UI for the race track and the car! I can start working on this next week but I briefly looked at the the repo and does not look too bad :)

And, I've actually never worked on an issue, so I'll be asking about your experience afterwards.

Hi @tjoye20! Unfortunately something came up and has slowed my progress on this project. I don't think I will be working on the project until later in the month. If someone else wants to work on it, feel free to grab this issue ^^
