bam2wig writes varStep wig file with coordinate 0 #5

When running bam2wig.pl using --pos start --shift, it may write negative or 0 
coordinate positions in the varStep wig file.

Problematic when converting to bigWig as it will fail.

Fixed in SVN revision 664. Bam2wig.pl version 1.12.5.
