Mine gives me a message saying DLL initialization routine failed. #34

Please help me resolve this issue I had this on my old machine.
When I went to apply it I got a message saying DLL initialization failed.  I am 
running the latest download on windows 7 home premium

Same, I am running Win 7 home premium also. Load library failed with error114: 
A dynamic link library initialization routine failed - I commented as well 
because I have a screenshot :P
