Add Social Media Links #3

Need to add social media links for Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/TJIOI/) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/TJ_IOI).

What's the best way to add these links? We could embed a Twitter timeline on the home page. I'm not sure where we would put links, though — at the bottom of the page?
