[Feature Request] 使用泛型优化Cuckoo代码 #17

目前有太多重复的读/写缓存的业务代码，等待Go 1.18 release后尝试使用泛型优化

优化后为GetTrackerMetadata和torrent的GetMetadata设置60s的cache
