problem in creating freq-dawg file #4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. wordlist2dawg frequent_word_list freq-dawg

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
freq-dawg to be created
But i got the following error
Error: Not enough memory!

Fatal error: No error trap defined!
Signal_termination_handler called with signal 2000
Signal_exit 30 SIGNAL ABORT. LocCode: 3  SignalCode: 3

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tesseract 2.03     OS: Ubuntu 8.10

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm create the freq-dawg file for tamil
Already i created the following files
inttemp
normproto
pffmtable
unicharset 
Microfeat
Here i attach frequent_word_list file
