Catppuccin Latte colour theme #212

I'm trying to create a colour theme for Catppuccin Latte to make Steam match rest of my system with quite bizzare results. I had to ask; Is Steam uncompatible with light themes or am I doing something extremely wrong?

This is something that needs more work to support fully.

Steam is designed around a dark theme, so light themes require more effort to clean up things visually that dark themes have some leeway with. Dark themes can look "good enough" even if something is technically unthemed, but with light themes any visual bug really stands out.

That said, the above pull request fixes a good deal of the largest light theme woes. Should be good enough for basic usage, though it needs polish and I'm not going to have the time to do so for awhile.

I was expecting a simple "No, not even Steam have a native light theme", but here I am left breath taken. I cannot thank you enough for the PR. It definately looks much better despite the WIP tag.
