Maximize Button in Steam Chat #266

Hi, first off thank you so much for this theme. It's incredibly good!

I also appreciate the "Right-All" window controls feature:

But I noticed that those buttons are missing when opening friends list and opening private chats with friends. That's really inconvenient since there's no other way to maximize Steam windows.

Is it possible to find those elements and update right-all.css to show the chat window and friends list window controls too?

The theme is so beautiful. Using the Metro color scheme which has a dark background, and it's such a gorgeous app now.
