[Feature Request] Being able to add folders and that every executable there will be added to Gamehub automatically #472

So I wanna add all executables from /bin to Gamehub,to manage which tweaks they use,and for that it would make it easy to add whole folders. Another cool thing would be,if I add an executable to that folder,that it also gets added to Gamehub automatically,so I don't have to do it manually. Btw it would be cool if it also uses the icons that those programs have normally,so the Gamehub icons aren't just blank.

So I found out that https://github.com/tkashkin/GameHub/issues/423 needs to be implemented first so that the feature I want works if I'm not wrong. Also for my feature,it would be cool to set that all programs in that folder have the same tag that you set,so you can find the files easily.
