[Feature Request] Automatic import of RetroArch games to GameHub #478

If I add games to Retroarch,that they get added to GameHub automatically with the cores that I set in Retroarch. And if I remove games from Retroarch they are also removed from Gamehub and if I change the core for games in Retroarch,that the core also gets changed for Gamehub.
