I have itch.io installed but it doesn't detect itch.io

GameHub Version: 0.16.2-448a0bd-dev Branch: dev Commit: 448a0bd505606d4151986838356ddc8fff9977fd
Environment Distro: Zorin OS 16 DE: zorin:GNOME GTK: 3.24.20 Deb package installed

Itch is only partially supported. Since you aren't using Flatpak, there is a method to get it to work. First, you have to log into the itch.io website. Then, go to the "API keys" section and generate a new key. Finally, log into Gamehub and go to settings --> itch.io. Paste the API key there and it should work.

Note that the generate key button is broken.
