Some additional features for the emualted games #617

It would be nice to have the chance to edit the information in the case of emulated games. Although I have the igdb api, some games appear to me without information imagen

and it would be great to have the complete information even of the emulated games. Also, by the way, it would be excellent to be able to integrate the retroachievements achievement system. From the fact that retroarch can be used for emulation and it is integrated with retroachievements, I would like to think that it is only allowing authentication and api calls to show the achievements obtained imagen
