Currently dependencyOverrides are build wide. But it's possible that each sub project depends on a different version of a same library. It's not critical in my use case though.

Yes, this is a valuable feature. Unfortunately it broke my build, so I'm currently unable to use this nice library :(

lock.sbt is now per project from 0.3.0
