After our meeting with Katherine, we have a general idea of which direction we need to be headed in. We're going to be meeting with Christian Konczal on 9/28 to discuss exactly what he wants to be doing and who to contact about budgeting. We also need to set up a meeting with central IT.

Met with Christian to discuss main idea and alternatives just in case our project gets vetoed. Christian would be in charge of budget and gave us a general idea of the range.

Still trying to schedule a meeting with Chris North to see the feasibility of the project. Trying for Tuesday, but it's unlikely since Mark and I only have 2 hours during the day to meet and we're unsure if it works for Chris. Waiting on a response for now.
