If the project is okayed we need to get information about the computers and network.

[x] Get information on computers (OS, needed programs, etc.)
[x] Assess network topology

We'd like to keep computers on Windows 10. We already have a list of whitelisted programs for the PCs that we can work off of. GGLeap would be an ideal way to manage the PCs but is too expensive. We'll be looking into other programs that would be cheaper but do the same things.
