Research more group policies

Currently looking to see if there are any restrictions that can be put on the graphics card display settings, as people keep changing it.

Tasks

• [x] Look into group policies/restrictions specifically to manage graphics card settings (contrast, gamma, etc.)
• [x] Try to find ways to restrict Steam downloads since the passwords can be bypassed (issue with Steam as a whole, may not be much we can do about it)

After looking into some different blog posts and other forums surrounding these topics, I found that both were a pain to manage. As of right now, I can't find a way to manage the graphics card settings or make them reset each time a user logs out. We wanted to be able to have them set per user, but it seems like there aren't many ways to do this without third-party softwares and a lot of trial and error, which we don't have the time or resources for. As for Steam, there could be a solution, which will be tested during the very beginning of Sprint 4.
