Changing Steam Account Folder Location

One of the issues we've run across is that users still have access to everyone else's Steam account folders due to how they're stored. They're all stored in the same folder in Programfiles x86 rather than going into separate folders based on the user. We want to try to see if there's a way for us to move the account folders into the Windows user directory instead.

Tasks

• [ ] Research how Steam organizes folders and what it stores after the user is logged out
• [ ] See if anyone else has successfully moved account folders into a different directory
  • [ ] If so, figure out how it was done and repeat the process for the server

This was another task that I wasn't focused on. If needed, I can try to work on it within the next week, but between my server dying in my 480 class and everything else going on, I may not have time.
