In order to find a server, we need to choose a management program (ex. ggLeap, SENET) that is within the budget and would cover necessary requirements.

[x] Figure out yearly budget for program
[x] Look into more programs based on Christian's needs
- [x] Make sure programs are compatible with Windows 10
[x] Lower down selections into two or three top choices
[x] Contact companies to discuss what server they'd recommend for the project
