App crashes on Android 11 #141

There seem to be issues on at least a couple of devices running Android 11, probably related to https://github.com/EddyVerbruggen/Toast-PhoneGap-Plugin/issues/136.

As a quick workaround, disabling native toasts on Android seems reasonable.
