gpu 设备的接入，tkestack 有几个 gpu-* 项目，和大量文档，按照文档说明就能完成 pGPU、vGPU 的接入 tkestack 文章中也说做了昇腾设备的适配，但是没有找到任何文档，只有华为那边的 ascend-device-plugin、volcano 项目
