support cuda 11.7 #36

we are using vcuda to do gpu sharing, but cuda version is 11.7, want to know how to use with cuda 11.7, thanks

感觉只能fork下来自己改了。目前做用户层的虚拟化的场景太少了。现在一块卡都不够用的。还要切出来~~
