EIN pager does not open for ipython 1.0.0 #129

Hello! First, thanks so much for EIN; it is bar none the most productive programming and experimentation environment I've seen.

Try evaluating something that would open in the pager, like np? or anything having to do with %prun. In the web browser, this opens the pager pane on the bottom; in Emacs' ipython notebook, this does not open any pager.

This works in ipython 0.13.2.

Tested on EIN git head.
