notebooklist-open failed on windows #174

i installed the newest ipython (jupyter) 4.0 and when i run ein:notebooklist-open on a windows machine, i have ein: [error] Content list call http://127.0.0.1:8888/api/contents/ failed with status error.

i use the same (basic) configuration on a mac and everything is fine.

so i believe it is a bug in ein..

i filed the issue on the other branch here at https://github.com/millejoh/emacs-ipython-notebook, which is the branch you get when run el-get, which is what i have .
