💄 (client): Change the UI layout on the main page #157

Description

전체적인 레이아웃을 중앙 정렬으로 변경하고 데탑, 아이패드, 모바일 반응형도 적용했습니다.
feed 카드를 1 칼럼으로 바꿔봤어요!
왼쪽에 있던 네비게이션을 헤더쪽으로 옮겼어요! (왼쪽 칼럼에는 무엇을 넣을지 고민해봐야할듯...)
feed 필터 탭은 스크롤 내려도 고정되게했어요!
feed 상단에 문구를 넣는거 어떨까요..? (GitHub을 따라해봤습니다...ㅎㅎ 맘에드신다면 문구를 추천해주세요...)
feed 카드 디자인은 얌미가 수정해주겠죠..?🥺
눈이 썩는걸 참지못해서 ui만 건드렸어요...내일 중으로 꼭 api를 붙여놓을게요!
