P2P Botnet (MembersMgmt) Refactoring #98

global:

[ ] exclude private C broadcast ip and mac addresses
[ ] add ARP packets to statistics

P2P Botnet:

[x] exclude private C broadcast ip and mac addresses
[x] rename MembersMgmt to P2PBotnet
[ ] use BandwidthController?
- [x] bandwidth.ignore parameter
- [ ] respect botnet batch times
[x] refactor attack param names
[ ] message type numbers refactoring (WAITING for more input)
[ ] padding
- [x] add random.padding param
- [x] remove "padding normalization"
- [x] set default value random.padding=True
[ ] fix port assignment?

gets fixed in BSF:

[x] fix packet order based on message types
[x] delay on outgoing mesages

later:

[ ] drop "no inject" behavior for interval selection strategies
[ ] make hidden_mark available globally
[ ] 1000 pkts buffer
- [ ] why? look into it
- [ ] make global?
[ ] nat.present take input pcap and chosen IPs into account, maybe
[ ] optimize interval and ID matching
