fix leiden matching #2

The current matching is incomplete, but I will continue with the analysis for now, to validate the pipeline works, and return to fixing institutions later.

I have inquired with CWTS whether the new leiden ranking will include the ROR id. If it does, this would make the matching way more stable, and would remove the need to do manual checking. So I'll also wait on their response. (Inquiry was sent via online form, could also email directly).

The new Leiden ranking will not have ROR ids. But it will have data for up to 2020. So we should use it as well. However, matching institutions can start now.
