Flesh out basic structure for cross_table and column_layout (or better: layout_column?).

Should have:

Input as formula
Output to RStudio-viewer, similar to ggvis
simply display counts and column-wise percent

cross_table should have an argument layer = variable to add a layer for three-dimensional tables. A separate argument seems better (easier to remember) than including the layer-var into the formula.
