User not found #10

Not an issue, more a question, using the Visonic Go app with no issues, however using this and mimicking it's api calls returns 400 bad request user not found exception.

Any ideas?

Did a bit of digging, turns out where it says "panel web name" what it really needs in my case is the panel serial number, then it works
