MonolithAndroid does not work in version m5-rc14 of the SDK #4

The changes made to the way OpenGL/ES is implemented in the present version
of the android SDK prevent monolith android from working! The offending
method is GLContext.makeCurrent which currently works only with
SurfaceView, not with a plain View.

monolithandroid is now compatible with m5-rc15 SDK.
